We've recently introduced protein boxes as a new extension of our healthy menu. Each box includes one quarter of a free-range chicken, two sides and two sauces. There are endless possibilities for how you can put together your box. You can opt for two side salads, two warm sides or one of each. Go classic with a green salad with walnuts, or try something different with our Nathalie salad, which includes kale, roasted pepper and pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Our warm roasted root vegetables also pair exceptionally well with our chicken, and the ratatouille is a staff favourite.
Experts recommend eating chicken and mixed vegetables after a workout, making our protein boxes the perfect meal for after a trip to the gym.
